CASHEWLATOR
Up to now there has been a great assymetry of the information between the buyer of the raw cashew nuts (RCN) and the producer. The Cashewlator app calculates the most important quality criteria "Total Deficiency Rate" (TDR) and "Kernel Outturn Ratio" (KOR) by entering four different weights.
By using this technology, the qualative assessment of the nuts can be done faster and easier. The app works intuitively and without internet connection, so it is perfect for the field.

TREES FOR LIFE
The Trees for life vision is of a revitalised wild forest in the Scottish Highlands, providing space for wildlife to flourish adn communities to thrive.
IT Consultancy - We helped Trees for Life in the Digital Transformation journey by implementing new tools and processes and modernising the IT infrastructure. Trees for life could leverage the cloud services and SaaS solutions to improve the confidence in the IT department.
Users could rely on a timely response and dependable technology to work more efficiently.
Cybersecurity - We helped Trees for Life to receive their UK Cyber essentials and UK Cyber essentials plus accreditations.
JUSTICE BASE
The project was to setup and maintain a reporting system for data on human rights violations and trial monitoring data.
The main focus of this project was to provide the data collectors a secure system for input data. In critical conditions where the life of data collectors was at risk, if needed, their identity and data on the devices had to be deleted remotely at the click of a button.
Options to hide the data collection tool behind other applications were explored to protect data collectors.
Unfortunately, we cannot share more information about this project due to security reasons.

One such example is the UNDP Justice app project in Sierra Leone. The project enhances access to justice by digitizing case management and providing real-time updates to streamline judicial processes and improve transparency. This initiative aims to build a more efficient and accountable legal system in the post-conflict nation.

Volunteering Experience
Volunteering with animals has been a deeply rewarding experience. This hands-on involvement has enhanced my understanding of animal welfare and the importance of compassion and responsibility towards all living beings.

Coaching Rugby Union in Sierra Leone
One of my most rewarding experiences has been coaching the rugby team of Sierra Leone. This role allowed me to combine my love for sports with my desire to have a positive impact on society. Coaching in Sierra Leone was not just about teaching the technical aspects of rugby but also about fostering a sense of teamwork, discipline, and resilience among the players. We went from training on the beach to playing two international games (W1 L1) within 4 years. Since I stepped back from my role, I am very pleased and proud to see rugby grow to a few club teams and a womens team as well.
Interests and Hobbies
My love for the outdoors has taken me on numerous adventures, where I've enjoyed exploring nature and engaging in various physical activities. Sports play a significant role in my life, and I particularly enjoy both participating in and coaching sports teams. Reading is another passion of mine, offering a gateway to new ideas and perspectives, which I try to incorporate into my professional and personal endeavors.
